All of our products include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty which means you're entitled to a free repair or replacement if your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect.
Our repair centre is located in the UK. To begin a warranty claim, please contact us with a description of the issue along with photos or videos showing the problem. After an initial online assessment, if the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for you to print and attach to the package. A courier will then collect the item directly from your address and deliver it to us for inspection.
Once we receive your item, it may take up to 10 working days to complete the inspection.
If the issue is confirmed to be a result of a manufacturing fault, replace the item at no cost and return it to you.
Please note: If the product shows clear signs of misuse, the warranty will be void. In such cases, we may still offer a paid repair or replacement, with all costs confirmed in advance. If no agreement is reached, the item will be returned to you without repair.
