Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Please note: Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (i.e., you received the wrong product). We are unable to accept returns for reasons such as incompatibility or a change of mind, so please ensure your purchase meets your needs before completing checkout.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you discover any defects, damage, or have received the wrong item, contact us right away at Ebike1Express@gmail.com.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging.

  • You’ll need to provide the order number/ proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for the item until it has been returned and received by us in acceptable condition. If the original packaging has been opened, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the item is securely repackaged for transit.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
